The Advancing Youth Initiative (AYI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship (PHCSE) and Dominus High School to help students discover pathways for lifelong success. As the philanthropic arm of PHCSE and Dominus, AYI operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, and seeks to provide free and affordable opportunities to families.--2117The AYI Innovation Series Workshops offer engaging sessions focused on financial literacy for adults and families. These workshops provide practical tools and strategies to help individuals understand budgeting, saving, investing, and more.-The AYI Youth Pitch Competition Series, sponsored by TriState Capital Bank, and hosted annually at Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship, offers an exciting platform for young innovators to showcase their entrepreneurial ideas throughout the school year.
