Abstract VT is a podcast uplifting Vermont-based creatives hosted by Abbey B.K. Abbey leads guests through meaningful conversations about their idea or craft, getting to know them through the music they enjoy. Just launched in February 2026 is a new monthly event, "Abstract VT: Live," a live music showcase at The Venetian Soda Lounge featuring three acts of local musicians who each have a short interview with Abbey followed by a live music performance.
