Located in the upper abdomen, the solar plexus chakra is the seat of your personal power, confidence, and will. It governs your sense of identity, self-worth, and the ability to take aligned action in the world. Participants will begin with breathwork to awaken the core and activate your inner fire. Then, drop into a radiant sound bath designed to clear self-doubt, energize your spirit, and reconnect you with your inner strength and purpose.
