Fast Roll into a Slow Roll

We will start the ride at South Shore Park on Stadium and Bayshore at 4:30pm with a fast ride of speeds 14-16mph. We will ride from 4:30 to 5:45 and be back to South Shore to meet up with the Slow Rollers for announcements at 5:45 and rolling on the Slow Roll at 6:00 sharp. The Slow Roll will be 10 miles at 10mph or slower
