Celebrate the morning of New Year’s Eve with a walk. Or four!
This self-guided event offers three (3) different 5-km loops and 1 6-km loop, all returning to the start/finish/ checkpoint area. Trails are marked with temporary signage and walkers receive a map.
The NW Loop (rated 1B) will be in older nice residential areas and in a small wooded park with dirt trail. The NE Loop (rated 1A -6km) is on paved pathways near and in residential areas. The SE Loop (rated 1A) will mainly be in Pacific Community Park on paved or gravel trails and the SW Loop (rated 1A) will be in a newer area with some very nice homes.
Group walks start at 9:50.
Door prizes of sparkling juice/cidar and champagne randomly awarded! After you walk enjoy any of the restaurants in the plaza--Asian, pizza, Middle Eastern, McMenamins and Starbucks!
These walks are rated 1A, easy. Registration is open 9:30 a.m. to noon.

I-205 take exit #27 (Camas/SR14)East to exit #8 (SE 164th Ave.)
LEFT on 164th Ave continue as it turns into 162nd Ave. for a total of 3 miles to NE 18th St. Left on 18th St. then immediately right into shopping center. McMenamins is located on the far NE corner of the shopping center.
The event is open to everyone, but we appreciate donations to keep our nonprofit club going so that we can offer more events like this. ($2-3 per person is helpful) Come find out what we're all about! Club membership is $6 per year (individual) and $12 per year (family)--membership not necessary to participate.
