We’ll break down how to read and understand your electric utility bill, your rights as a residential electric customer, community solar and how it can help you save money (—without installing panels on your home!) and the Erie County ECLIPSE Program which helps residents reduce electricity costs. Please bring a recent electric bill with you! We'll use it as a hands-on example so you can leave feeling informed and confident.
