Holiday Stress Buster Workshop
Take some time for yourself this holiday season! Join Jennifer from New Sky Coaching for a make-and-take essential oil activity - potpourri jar diffusers - followed by gentle yoga stretches and a relaxing guided meditation. A yoga mat is optional but recommended – all yoga poses will be seated or standing, no floor work.
