Women’s Self Defence Workshop – 16 Days of Activism

Join us for a free Women’s Self Defence Workshop as part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence.

This empowering session is designed to build confidence, awareness, and practical skills to help women protect themselves and feel safer in everyday situations. Led by qualified instructors from Kumiai Ryu High Impact Martial Arts, participants will learn simple and effective techniques for personal safety, as well as strategies for staying calm and assertive under pressure.
