Celebrated local chef Michael Manners - Orange’s first Hatted chef - will bring you canapes followed by a three-course sit-down meal. His culinary expertise will be paired with the superbly handcrafted wines from Orange Mountain Estate. Together they will highlight some of the amazing produce and flavours of our beautiful region.
We will also be sharing two special people on strings to serenade you - Lisa on violin and Stefan on viola, otherwise known as the Acacia Duo (from the Acacia Quartet). This talented pair will bring warmth, elegance and a touch of magic to your evening.
