We facilitate evidence-based, five-day mental health therapeutic recreation programs that provide innovative clinical placements for health students while fostering recovery, connection and well-being for people with lived experience of mental illness and psychosocial disabilities.

Through structured therapeutic recreation, we help build confidence, enhance functional capacity and foster a strong sense of connection and community. Our programs empower participants to achieve recovery goals while improving psychological well-being, physical health and personal growth.

Who Should Attend?

Join us for an informal information session for persons with lived experience of mental health conditions,family members and carers, mental health professionals, service providers, support coordinators, psychosocial recovery coaches - anyone that is interested in this evidence-based mental health intervention.
