Family Foods. When to introduce solids and do I have a fussy eater?

Are you about to start or have you already started solids with your baby? Heard the term “baby led weaning” and wondered what it’s all about? Not sure where to start? Wondering if you can avoid the mess? What about allergies? Come along this week to learn all about how to introduce family foods safely and avoid the stress!

Come along and be supported as you care for your little ones :) You don't have to be breastfeeding to come along- ABA is here to support all parents! Partners, support people, babies, toddlers and older kids also welcome.

You're also able to ask questions and have a one to one chat with our trained breastfeeding educators about any breastfeeding concerns or challenges.

Come when you can and leave when you need to- we know mornings with little ones don't always go to plan!

Bring your ID and sign in at the Ex-Services' Club desk, and the friendly staff will direct you upstairs to our meeting.
