You want to decorate cookies with Royal icing, but you are not sure where to start. This class is perfect for you! I will take you step-by-step through the process of making Royal icing, changing consistencies, coloring, & bagging your icing. Then we will decorate 3 cookies together!

What you will learn:
How to make Royal Icing using meringue powder
Changing the consistency from stiff to piping to flood
How to color and bag icing

This is an advanced class and you must have experience decorating cookies with Royal icing. We will not cover the basics of outlining & flooding.

**This class is designed for adults due to the length of the class and the details of the cookies.
