Gather with fellow wine lovers and savor an evening where every sip and bite is meant to be enjoyed and remembered. 

We are now offering two ticket options, with and without wine pairings. The option without wine pairings is ideal for designated drivers or those who prefer alternative beverages, as our bar will be open for purchases. Ticket prices are $85+ tax with wine pairings and $60+ tax without (gratuity not included).

FIRST
”Salmon Crudo” citrus cured sockeye salmon with matcha gel; garnished with julienned fried leeks, bulls blood, finger limes and topped with lemon zest & sea salt
-Unshackled Sparkling White Wine

SECOND
“Local Mushroom Tart” tart shell filled with sautéed wild mushrooms, roasted garlic, gruyere, fresh rosemary and thyme
-Unshackled Pinot Noir 

THIRD
“Poached Mahi Mahi” tallow poached mahi served on a wonton topped with bell pepper relish, cilantro 
-Unshackled Chardonnay

FOURTH
“Braised Short Ribs” braised until tender, finished with a blackberry-red wine reduction, served over herbed-boursin polenta, crispy shallots
-Unshackled Cabernet Sauvignon   

FIFTH
“Lamb Lollipop” seared with browned sage butter with gruyere oat risotto and fried sage
-Unshackled Santa Ynez Cabernet Sauvignon

SIXTH
“Macarons” vanilla macarons with a dark chocolate cherry mousse, cherry and dark chocolate crumble
