We are now offering two ticket options, with and without wine pairings. The option without wine pairings is ideal for designated drivers or those who prefer alternative beverages, as our bar will be open for purchases. Ticket prices are $85+ tax with wine pairings and $60+ tax without (gratuity not included).

”Salmon Crudo” citrus cured sockeye salmon with matcha gel; garnished with julienned fried leeks, bulls blood, finger limes and topped with lemon zest & sea salt
