Important Information:

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made 5 business days prior to the event for a credit.
• No credits or refunds will be issued for illness or last-minute cancellations. However, tickets are transferrable to another person for the same event.
• A 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee applies to all cancellations to cover credit card transaction costs.

Weather:

• If the event is canceled due to weather, a credit will be issued for a future event — no refunds.

Matches & Communication:

• Matches will be emailed by 9 AM the next business day.
• Personal contact details (e.g., full name, email, or phone number) will not be exchanged via the platform.

Age Range Flexibility:

• We allow a 2–3 year buffer around the advertised age group.
• Punctuality Matters: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their spot without refund or credit.
