We live in a world that constantly asks us to stay positive, be strong, and keep smiling—even when we’re tired, overwhelmed, or hurting. This pressure often silences real emotions and creates emotional exhaustion.
Healing Without the Pressure to Be Positive is a gentle online expressive arts therapy workshop where you are invited to feel, express, and reflect without judgment or forced optimism. Through guided imagery and simple art-based practices, the session helps you explore toxic positivity and reconnect with your authentic emotional experiences.
No art skills are needed. This space is about honesty, not perfection.
Come as you are healing doesn’t require a smile.
Materials needed: Drawing sheets and colour pens/crayons.
