Over the course of 2.5 hours I will guide you through ways to reduce stress strengthen routines and build a family ecosystem that supports emotional regulation and resilience. From understanding behavior through a neurodiversity-informed lens to creating structures that foster calm and shared responsibility this space is equal parts empowering and restorative.
