🎟 Refund Policy – Navraas Dandiya Night 2025
1. No Refund on Confirmed Tickets
All tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Event Cancellation / Postponement
In case the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. Change of Attendee Name
Ticket name changes are not allowed, except at the discretion of the organizer.
4. Duplicate Bookings
In case of accidental duplicate payments for the same ticket, attendees must notify the organizer within 48 hours. A refund will be processed after verification.
5. Force Majeure
The organizer is not liable to refund tickets due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic guidelines).
