Refund Policy

To maintain fairness and protect the value of the program, the following refund policy applies:

✔ Eligibility for Refund

A participant is eligible for a refund only under the following condition:

• If the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser and the participant is unable to attend on the new date.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• If the participant is unable to attend due to personal reasons (travel, health, schedule, change of mind, etc.)
• If the participant registers by mistake
• If the participant joins late, leaves early, or is unable to attend the full workshop
• If the participant is dissatisfied after attending — because the entire workshop content and outcomes are clearly described before registration

🎫 Seat Transfer Option (instead of refund)

If a participant cannot attend:

• The seat may be transferred to another person (friend/colleague)
• Or shifted to the next batch without extra cost
• (only if informed minimum 48 hours before the workshop)

⚠ No-Show Condition

If the participant does not attend the workshop without prior notice, the seat will be marked as no-show and no transfer/refund will be applicable.
