Refunds
- Up to 7 days before the event: Full refund.
- 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Within 48 hours of the event: No refund.
- Event canceled/rescheduled by organizers: 100% refund to all ticket holders.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Ticket Transfers
- You may transfer your ticket to another participant if you cannot attend.
- Transfers must be requested at least 24 hours before the event.
- Contact the organizers with the new participant’s details to complete the transfer.
