Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our policies carefully before booking your ticket:

Refunds

1. Up to 7 days before the event: Full refund.
2. 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund.
3. Within 48 hours of the event: No refund.
4. Event canceled/rescheduled by organizers: 100% refund to all ticket holders.
5. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Ticket Transfers

• You may transfer your ticket to another participant if you cannot attend.
• Transfers must be requested at least 24 hours before the event.
• Contact the organizers with the new participant’s details to complete the transfer.

We encourage early registration and appreciate your support for a community-driven robotics event!
