Join us for a Free Online Empathy Circle — a simple yet powerful way to connect through deep heart-based listening.
An Empathy Circle is a structured dialogue process where we take turns speaking and listening with full attention. The practice builds mutual understanding emotional resonance and a sense of genuine human connection.
Each participant gets the chance to be heard — not judged not fixed not analyzed — simply heard. Through this shared experience empathy naturally grows and the usual barriers of opinion and personality begin to soften.
