Orpheus Theatre’s Starstruck Players proudly presents Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Oklahoma! – Youth Edition, brought to life by a talented cast of young performers from across our region, including Oneonta, Cooperstown, Walton, and Unadilla.
Set in a Western territory just after the turn of the 20th century, Oklahoma! bursts with energy, heart, and classic American spirit. A lively rivalry between farmers and cowboys sets the stage for Curly, a charming cowboy, and Laurey, a spirited farm girl, as they navigate a love story full of hope, humor, and heartfelt determination. Their journey contrasts with the comedic misadventures of bold Ado Annie and the ever-optimistic Will Parker, creating a musical experience filled with unforgettable characters and timeless songs.
