Our certified 5K certified run/walk winds its way through the heart of small town America with the purpose of supporting cancer patients as their hero.
Named in honor of Jessica Froelick who lost her battle with breast cancer at the age of 34, leaving behind her family and friends, this run/walk recognizes the hero within each of us. Jessica was the epitome of the compassionate advocate for cancer survivors like herself. She supported others going through treatment in every way she could - through fundraisers, benefits, volunteering, and lending assistance wherever she was needed. She was a source of strength and grace and will always be missed.
This run/walk is our way of honoring her example - as her heroes. We transform into everyday heroes each time we act out of love, showing courage in the face of overwhelming fear by holding a hand, offering comfort, and assuring our support.

Event proceeds benefit those that are battling cancer that live in Oneida, neighboring communities of Oneida, or is being treated in Oneida, NY.
Because of you we have helped more than 1260 families and have raised over $250,000 for those in our community. We could not do this without heroes like you.
