Childbirth and Breastfeeding Class

Our childbirth education class is a one-day session held on the first Saturday of every other month. The class meets at our Onaga Hospital.

The class is free for all expecting mothers delivering at Community HealthCare System. All expecting mothers and support persons are welcome.

Our childbirth and breastfeeding class covers a variety of topics, including:
o Signs of labor
o Stages of labor
o Breathing and relaxation techniques
o Pain management
o Postpartum care
o Care of infant after delivery
o Breastfeeding

Our instructors have many years of experience caring for families as they welcome a new baby.
