Yoga

Breathe, get grounded, and enjoy gentle balancing, stretching, and mindful movement in this Hatha yoga class that honors the seasons. Take the time to unwind and treat your senses to the beauty of the garden for a wonderful mid-week break for body, mind, and spirit. Bring a mat or towel and any props that help you in your practice. Appropriate for every body and every level of practitioner (ages 16 and up).

$15, $10 for garden members. Pre-registration is requested.
