Whether you're ramping up winter base training or preparing for your next race cycle, this FREE 1-hour workshop will teach you how to run stronger, more efficiently, and with fewer injuries.
Led by the performance physical therapists at Empower U, this hands-on session focuses on practical, easy-to-learn strength and mobility exercises designed specifically for runners. Using bodyweight movements and mobility bands, you’ll learn the foundations needed to support healthy, powerful, and consistent running all year long.
