Join us for a four week MixxedFit with Tiffany Robertson starting Monday, September 24th through October 15th

About this Event

MixxedFit is a people-inspired fitness program that blends explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. The Choreography is simple, repetitive, and easy to follow so participants can focus on having fun while naturally increasing their intensity. No equipment required.

This session will take place outside on the Dock.
