Fermanagh Advance Care Planning Event

Join us this Palliative Care Week at our Fermanagh Cancer Support Centre🤍

In partnership with the Western Health and Social Care Trust, you are invited to attend a ‘Your Life, Your Choices’ booklet information session.

This Palliative Care Social Worker, Physiotherapist, and Nurse led event is aimed to help better inform and support you to reflect on what matters to you in your living and in your dying.

📍Cancer Support Centre, 18 High Street, Enniskillen BT74 7EH

Refreshments provided. The event is intended for cancer patients and not the general public.
