'Sense and Sensibility' with DOT Productions

2025 marks the 250th anniversary year of Jane Austen, and what better to way to celebrate her life than to delve into the world of one of her finest novels.

The Dashwood sisters have a very different approach to their love lives. Elinor has much more Sense, but Marianne has a great deal of Sensibility.

Hero’s, heartbreak and debonair villains, all topped off with a dashing duel, will remind you why Austen was a master of her craft.

A cast of five actors and DOTS renowned comedic style make this comedy of manners a production not to be missed.

GATES OPEN ONE HOUR BEFORE THE SHOW. This performance takes place in the hardstanding area in front of The Arches. Don’t forget to bring your own chair and a picnic to enjoy at our outdoor theatre. The shows will go on at The Arches Theatre whatever the weather. The decision to cancel a performance due to the weather is made at our discretion.
