The Sound of Stillness

Come unwind with us under the open sky —or cozy under the pavilion if the weather shifts, for an immersive experience of movement, stillness, and sound. This outdoor event blends the grounding energy of fresh air and the flow of a gentle and restorative yoga practice, with the deeply restorative vibrations of crystal sound bowls and tuning forks. Set against the backdrop of nature, we’ll breathe, stretch, and soak in the healing resonance of sound and community. All are welcome. All bodies. All journeys.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, pillow or bolster for comfort, water, layers for warmth if needed. Natural bug spray will be provided if needed.
