Step out of your ordinary life and into the sacred circle to experience the heart medicine of beautiful teachers: cacao, sage and conversations about cycle-breaking and intergenerational healing.
These are warm, vibrant healing evenings with many offerings unfolding in the space.
Our time together will include: drinking cacao medicine, creating sacred space, sharing, journey work, visioning and sound healing. These are Ancient ways that all our ancestors practiced. Across cultures, we all come from medicine people at our roots, humans who knew how to live off the land, work in harmony with nature and were deeply connected to their local community.

Join us in Sacred Space as we journey together in an evening of ceremony + practices you can add to your self-care toolkit. My circles are based in community, animism, land-based practices, food traditions and ancestral work by restoring the “Old Ways.” These ancient ways are kept alive in space holding, circles, creativity, storytelling and rituals.
