Winter Yoga with Kelly

6 Week offering. Welcoming you to recharge & beat the winter blues by aligning your practice with the season’s natural rhythm.

The goal of This 6-week series transforms the cold months into a time of restoration and radiant energy.

We will move from the "Art of Hibernation"—focusing on deep rest and grounding—to "Returning to Light," using heart-openers and heat-building flows to spark joy and vitality throughout the series.
