Foundations of Yoga - Alignment for Everybody Workshop

This all alignment based workshop will change your practice. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner this workshop is for YOU!

In this 2 hour session we will review correct structural alignment in
the basic poses such as Downward facing dog, plank, chaturanga, upward facing dog, cobra, warrior 1, warrior 2, triangle, half moon and many more. We will also review modifications to suit each individual student. This knowledge will empower you to attend classes with confidence to safely modify or ramp up the practice according to your own personal needs.

Everyone can benefit from this alignment based workshop so we hope to see you on the mat!
