Have an epic story in your head but don’t know where to start? In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create unforgettable characters, build exciting worlds, and plot twists that keep readers turning the pages. Whether you love fantasy, mystery, romance, or action, you’ll leave with a story outline that’s ready to write, and the tools to turn your ideas into something amazing.

Your facilitator, Lesley Moody is what happens when a librarian, speculative fiction writer, and tabletop game nerd collide. She’s been making up stories since she could talk and turning them into books like Charred: An Adventure in Wonderland and contributions to Enigma Front (2015), and Starship Librarian's (2025). When she’s not buried in fiction or library work, you’ll find her conquering dungeons, building decks, or rolling for initiative.
