Uppermill FC Charity Event

Morning everyone.....hope you have all had a safe & happy christmas and new year.

Unfortunately their are families,friends,colleagues close to most of us who can't have that happy time together due to Mental Health.Far too many families are losing those close to them at all ages due to suicide caused by mental health and we would like to try to help prevent this happening and stop it causing the pain & grief it leaves behind.So we have decided to try to raise funds for 2 charities that support mental health for both men & women close to our community,we also want to hold a Mental Health 1st Aid Course and be able to invite coaches from our local sports clubs to take the course FREE of charge.We believe all our local community clubs should have a mental health first aid representative to support our children and parents.

To make this happen we have arranged a Charity Event at the WHITE HART, LYDGATE on Saturday 7th February and hope you and friends could attend and support the evening, We have entertainment from the fantastic KIRK TURNER (MR ELVIS PRESLEY) also a DJ,
2 COURSE MEAL along with Raffles,Auction and other fun & frolics.
Tickets are priced at £65 with all proceeds going to help mental health in our local clubs & communities.
