Location: Saddleworth Pool & Leisure Centre class studio.
Time: 14.10-14.55pm

How to book: Message and I will send booking information.

No equipment needed as mats are available, if you prefer to bring your own please do and anything else to make you more comfortable such as pillow & blanket.

Please come hydrated, and to get the best results come on a light stomach.

Not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, pacemaker, recent surgery (3months), metal pins & plates, serious heart conditions and epilepsy.
