Beginning, with a short 'Returning to the body through the breath' Mindfulness exercise, followed by a lovely and gentle stretching sequence to help release stress and rejuvenate the body, moving into a powerful and uplifting Meditation. We then immerse you in 30-45 minute unique Sound Bath, featuring the amazing and powerful authentic Indian meditation instrument the
'Swar Sangham' accompanied by Singing Bowls, Hand Pan Drums etc. A Sound Bath like you've never heard before. We will gently reawaken and you will finally then have the chance to get close to the vibrational power of the 'Swar Sangham' in our 'Play and Pass' experience (that's if you choose to play it, and experience it's vibrational power close up, its very easy, but there no musts). We will finish with a lovely short affirmation.
