First Course Choices:
• Greek Salad, organic field greens, feta, pickled vegetables, grape tomato, oregano red wine vinaigrette, lentils
OR
• Morel Bisque, Chateau d'Orgniac, truffle cream

Second Course:
• Two 5-oz FIlets Mignon, fingerling potatoes, asparagus, tomato jam
AND One Pound Maine Lobster

Third Course Choices:
• Double Chocolate Brownie, chocolate swiss buttercream, cocoa nibs

• Creme Brûlée
