Join Rae and Katie for a deeply grounding and heart-centered journey that weaves together the gentle movements of Slow Flow Yoga with the therapeutic vibrations of Sound Healing.

Beginning with a mindful arrival, soft breathwork and intention setting to bring you fully into the present moment. Moving through a slow and fluid yoga sequence designed to stretch and soothe the body. Each posture is held with care, allowing space to deepen awareness and melt tension away.

As the physical practice winds down, introduction to the layers of healing sound: crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, gong, and other vibrational instruments will guide you into deeper states of relaxation and inner stillness. These frequencies help recalibrate the nervous system, promote emotional balance, and support energetic alignment.

Whether you’re seeking restoration, clarity, or simple presence, this class offers a soulful blend of movement and sound that nourishes from the inside out.
