2. Psychological Work: Trauma-informed frameworks, inner child integration, and somatic reflection
3. Altered States of Consciousness: Guided meditation, visualization, and experiential practices to expand awareness
4. Energy Work: Shamanic and somatic energy techniques to release blockages, illuminate the body-mind-spirit field, and restore vitality

Your Experience Over Three Days

• Arrival & Opening Circle: Ground into presence, connect to the land, and open the sacred container
• Immersive Practices: Energy work, somatic attunement, symbolic living, relational healing, and psychospiritual integration, including art as a creative process for the completion and release of inner obstacles.
• Ceremony: Fire work to release, transform, and anchor intentions
• Reflection & Community Integration: Partner work, small group discussion, and exercises to integrate insights into your life and practice
