About the event

The Anxious Generation: Book Discussion
Smartphones and constant screen time are reshaping childhood, but together, we can help kids rediscover independence, play, and real-world connection.

Join us for an evening of learning and conversation based on Jonathan Haidt’s new book, The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of childhood is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness. We’ll explore practical ways parents can support healthier, more balanced childhoods in today’s digital world.

Each family that attends will receive a free copy of the book, along with the chance to connect with other parents and take home actionable ideas to support your child’s growth.

Must attend the event to receive your free book, one book per family.
