Pitmasters, if you are cooking this event, the promoter needs to know because they are providing Ribeyes to the first 20 cooks signed up!

Mark your calendars for October 18, 2025 because you are invited to throw down some ribs and steak at Hoff Acres!

👉 Spare Ribs – $125
👉 Steak Ancillary – $75
(First 20 to enter will be provided one untrimmed 1.25” thick beef ribeye 🥩 courtesy of Hat Creek Butchery!)

💰 Payouts Ribs:
1st – $1000 + Trophy
2nd – $500
3rd – $300
4th – $200
5th – $150

💰 Payouts Steak:
1st – $500 + Trophy
2nd – $300
3rd – $200

7:00 AM – Move In
9:00 AM – Cooks Meeting
2:00 PM – Judges Meeting
2:00–2:30 PM – Steak Turn-In
4:00–4:30 PM – Rib Turn-In
5:30 PM – Awards
