Balance & Transition Sound Bath

As the autumn equinox approaches, this sound bath will guide you through balancing the energies within and embracing the changes of the season. It’s a time of transition, and the sound healing will help you let go of what’s not serving you and restore equilibrium in your life.

Preparing for Your Session:​

✨ Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.
✨ Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows will be provided, feel free to bring anything else you love for extra coziness.
✨ Wear comfortable clothing and bring water if you'd like.
✨​Doors open at 6:30 pm
