Kula's Monthly Women's Wellness Circles are designed to create a welcoming community feel and create opportunities for connection and enhanced well being. Kula Yoga collaborates with other healing practitioners in the community for powerful, intentional and mindful gatherings of women.

Join the Journey into the Soul: Deep Emotional Release Workshop.
An intuitively guided experience where each session unfolds uniquely, shaped by the needs and energy of the group. Reflection over tea while Terri will tune in and select the practices that best support deep release and healing in the moment. Every workshop is a fresh opportunity to let go, connect, and grow.
