Community Drumming Circle

Join us and be part of creating fun rhythms together as a community! We drum for Health - physical and mental. We drum for Wellbeing - all-rounded. Drumming Circle is also a wonderful, effective stress release opportunity.

Drum Circles offer: ~ A Sense of Belonging ~ Social & Cultural Change ~ Mental & Physical Health (from Circles of Rhythm website)

We follow Integrated Community Drum Circle (ICDC) philosophy and our Facilitators are trained by Circles of Rhythm ( https://www.circlesofrhythm.com/)

No experience needed at all - you will enjoy this if you have never touched a musical instrument before in your Life!

Drums are provided, or bring your own. We also have a variety of other fun percussion instruments on offer to "spice-up" the Circle.
Everyone is welcome! All voices matter in a Community Drumming Circle. Bring your own!
