Join us at the Light House the First Friday of every month for Feminine Friday!!
Ceremonial Breath Meditation and PotLuck!
♡Arrivel time 11:00am-11:30

What to bring:
Wear comfy clothing, water bottle, yoga mat/blanket, a PotLuck offering and Your beautiful soul.

We will start by stretching our bodies, Grounding ourselves, then Journey inward with Ceremonial Breath and break bread together as we integrate after.♥️
