There’s a memory in your body that doesn’t live in your mind.
A wisdom older than your fear.
A rhythm deeper than your doubt.
This month, we gather in circle to remember.
To reconnect with the pulse beneath the noise.
To listen to the parts of ourselves we’ve quieted for too long.
This time of year is tender.
The veil is thin. The nervous system is tired.
Old fears and survival patterns rise to the surface—not to punish us, but to be met, felt, and finally released.
Together, we’ll drum our way through the shift—
from survival to attunement.
from fear to trust.
from noise to knowing.
We'll begin by grounding into the body and setting our intentions.
Then we’ll drop into the original rhythm: the heartbeat.
The pulse that has always guided us home.
From there, we open into free-form drumming—a sacred space to feel, move, release, and reclaim.
We’ll let the rhythm guide what words can’t always express.
We’ll let our bones speak.
We’ll close in stillness and sisterhood, letting the medicine settle.
🌿 This circle is for the woman who’s ready to:
Let her body speak the truth her mind can’t find words for
Alchemize fear into movement, emotion into wisdom
Be witnessed, held, and recharged in sacred rhythm
Remember the part of her that already knows the way home
No experience needed.
No drum required.
Just your presence, your heartbeat, and your willingness to feel.
