As December opens and the nights stretch wide with quiet beauty, we gather to rest beneath the metaphorical stars — the inner constellations that glow when we finally slow down enough to feel them. Starlit Stillness is an evening of deep exhale, gentle illumination, and sanctuary for the spirit.
Through the soothing resonance of crystal and Tibetan bowls and other calming instruments, you’ll be guided into a space where the body unwinds, the mind softens, and the heart becomes luminous again.
This sound bath is an invitation to embrace the spaciousness of early winter — not as darkness to fear, but as a soft, shimmering landscape where clarity rises and inner light becomes unmistakable. Each vibration offers a moment of quiet revelation, helping you release tension, settle your energy, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom pulsing within.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and wrapped in the gentle glow of your own starlit stillness.
✨ No experience needed. Mats, blankets, and pillows are provided; feel free to bring anything that helps you feel cozy. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
