This is the very first official day to come in & get your sweat on! Doors open at 9:00a and we will resume normal business hours from there on! Open & Staffed 24/7!

> Kid's Crunch Baby Sitting will open on 12/3 at 9a - Normal Hours will resume on 12/4:
- M-F 8a-1p and 4p-8p
- Sat 8a-1p
- Sun 1p-4p
> Group Fitness, Ride & HIITZone™ Classes begin 12/4.
> Hot Yoga Classes begin on 12/8.
