Now, about the class:
Come join us as we take a deeper dive into the world of breathwork Wednesday, Oct. 29th. This type of breath is faster and deeper than normal, using circular breath without pauses.
This class is a safe environment to let go and take a personal exploration of what you have packed away. My hope is that you leave this class with the knowing you have the ability to activate your inner wisdom and improve your self-awareness.
